چکیده
The global financial crisis terminated lending growth rates in CESEE countries, and seven years after crisis, bank credit still continues with depression rate. Demand supply for are contracted, as a results of various factors. paper tries to find the level contraction factors that may have affected it, well policy action which being taken improve performance. Economic activity on other hand, despite depressed seem show trend regeneration. This phenomenon increasing economic without support loan seems is happening this post-crisis period although we must say it remains undesirable phenomenon.
